Our professional short courses in Transport Engineering and Planning are aimed at transport and planning professionals, as well as councillors and members of voluntary or community groups who wish to develop their understanding of the changing context for transport planning.

Our Transport Engineering and Planning courses are taught by experts involved in leading research in areas such as behaviour change, public attitudes, transport information systems, urban rapid transit, walking and cycling. Teaching is underpinned by research from the Centre for Transport and Society (CTS), one of our internationally recognised research centres.
