After you apply

Application checks

Once we receive your application initial checks will be made with regard to declarations relating to your fee status, disability and/or criminal convictions. We may request further information from you if any of these are declared.

We will also check for any attachments that you provide at the time of application.

If references are not provided with your application we will send an email to your named referees.

Track your application

Once your application has been received, you will receive an email with details on how to access your UWE Bristol Welcome website. This is the applicant portal which allows you to track your application, respond to any offers, and through which we send details about accommodation and other useful information.

If your application is successful we will send you an official printed letter confirming the details of your offer. Please ensure you check the information in this letter as it forms the basis of your contract with UWE Bristol. You will be able to see a copy of the offer letter in your UWE Bristol Welcome website.

To accept your offer please go to the 'My Applications' section of your UWE Bristol Welcome website. You may also use this section to decline your offer.
