From Bristol Parkway

Take bus number 312, 318, 319, 502, 18 or 581 to the Frenchay Campus (a five minute journey).

If travelling by car, turn left out of the station, under the railway bridge, and straight over a small roundabout. Carry on straight over the next roundabout (with Axa on your left). At the next roundabout, take the third exit, and continue up to the next (big) roundabout. Take the first exit, and go up the dual carriageway down to the lights, turn right, and the main entrance to the Campus is off the next roundabout.

If walking from Bristol Parkway, a shorter, signposted route is available for pedestrians, via Harry Stoke Lane and straight over the ring road to the North Entrance.

See the Bristol Parkway travel guide (1.2MB) for further information.

From Bristol Temple Meads

Catch the Wessex Red number 11 service from the Reckless Engineer pub near the station entrance, or service 70 from the station forecourt.

From Filton Abbey Wood

It takes about 20 minutes to walk from Filton Abbey Wood to Frenchay Campus. Take the exit from platform 1, turn left out of the station and walk along the path next to the MOD. Cross the road at the entrance to the MOD and walk past the lake and fountains. Cross two busy roads, then walk up the hill, keeping to the right along the dual carriageway. At the top, turn right at the pedestrian lights: the North Entrance is facing you. A gate on the left takes you into the top corner of Frenchay Campus.

You can also take bus number 581 (49 minutes past the hour) from the end of the ramp north of Platform 3. This is a six minute bus journey to UWE.
