Airport pickups

UWE Bristol offers all new international and EU students the option to use our free Red airport pickup service from London Heathrow Airport.

This service is available on specific dates and times for new international or EU UWE Bristol students. Unfortunately, we can't offer it to family and friends.

For students beginning courses in January 2018, the next airport pickups will take place on Monday 7 January 2019This date is to ensure that you arrive in time for International Student Orientation.

Please note: We may need to cancel the pickups if not enough students sign up for this service.

If you're arriving on any other date, please read the other arrival options guidance for ways to get to Bristol.

January pickups

Coaches will only leave the airport at the time listed in the table below, so there may be a wait for your departure. We will provide a meet-and-greet on Monday 7 January 2018 at Heathrow Airport.

If you arrive after the last pick up time, you'll need to make your own way to UWE Bristol.
