Starting your studies at UWE Bristol in 2024/25? Applications for University managed accommodation will open on Thursday 13 June 2024 at 13:00 (BST).

Student Village
- Make a home for yourself in this Frenchay Campus accommodation option, the Student Village, and you’ll be joining a vibrant community of nearly 2,000 students.

Wallscourt Park
- Located to the west of our Frenchay Campus, Wallscourt Park is an excellent choice if you want to be on site, within easy reach of everything the campus has to offer.

Purdown View
- Modern, vibrant and built to the highest sustainable standard, Purdown View is our newest accommodation on Frenchay Campus.
- Price range (annual): £7,892.14 - £11,541.47 based on a contract length of 42 weeks.*

Glenside
- Live on site at Glenside in your own shared, self-catered flat; this is ideal for Health and Applied Science students.
- Price range (annual): £4,961.25 - £5,410.13 based on a contract length of 45 weeks.*
- Shared bathrooms and facilities. En-suite options not available.
The Hollies
- If having a more independent living space is important, The Hollies is ideal. Open to Glenside Campus students, it’s located opposite our Glenside Campus.
- Price range (annual): £6,075.00 - £9,161.10 based on a contract length of 45 weeks.*
- En-suite options available: limited (6 reserved for students with diagnosed medical conditions plus 2 studios).
Transom House
- Studying at Spike Island or the Arnolfini? If you want to live close by, Transom House on Victoria Street is a good choice.
- Price range (annual): £7,525.00 - £8,213.00 based on a contract length of 43 weeks.*

Blenheim Court
- Get the full city centre experience at Blenheim Court, in the middle of town, opposite Bristol Coach Station.

- If you are after city-centre living, Marketgate is a great place to live, located in the centre of a buzzing city.

- If you’re studying at our City, Frenchay, or Glenside campuses, Nelson and Drake House offers a top-quality accommodation option right in the centre of the city.

Phoenix Court
- Next door to our Marketgate accommodation you’ll find Phoenix Court – a brilliant option for students who prefer to live in the centre of the city.
- Price (annual): £8,421.00 - £8,631.00 based on a contract length of 42 weeks.*
- All rooms are en-suite.
Cherry Court
- Right in the heart of the city, Cherry Court has 176 bedrooms with private bathrooms arranged as flats.

Tower
- Tower's spacious, high-spec student studios and shared flats come with a club lounge, private gym, on-site cinema, games room, residents' bar and concierge.

Shaftesbury Hall
- Part of Collegiate's 'UNIVERSITY CITY' accommodation collection, conveniently located near local shops and bars and Cheltenham Spa train station a 20 minute walk away.

Upper Quay House
- Part of Collegiate's 'UNIVERSITY CITY' accommodation collection, conveniently located at the heart of Gloucester, close to Kings Walk shopping centre and just 12 minute walks to Gloucester train and bus station.
- Price range (annual): £5,961.09 based on a contract length of 43 weeks.*
