Duplicate certificate(s) of credit
A certificate of credit is an official document containing all modules successfully completed whilst studying at UWE Bristol, together with the mark or grade achieved for each module, credit points and credit levels.
Please note that we can include a degree confirmation letter on request which, in conjunction with your certificate of credit, can be used as a transcript for official institute requests.
Who can apply
Students who have completed or have been withdrawn from study and have successfully completed modules at UWE Bristol can order duplicate copies of their certificate of credit.
Please note: Certificates of credit apply to credit-rated courses that were introduced from 2002 onwards. If you graduated before 2002, please complete our online enquiry form.

Fees and how to apply
If you have any supporting documentation to be sent, please note this in the comments box when purchasing and send the documents by email to email@example.com.
How long will it take?
We endeavour to process your request within five working days of receipt of your application. This can increase to 10-15 working days at periods of peak activity throughout the year (February to March and July to September).
You will receive an email containing your tracking reference number when your certificate has been posted. Unless you have arranged courier delivery, certificates are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (UK mainland) or International Recorded Delivery (outside the UK). They can be tracked via Royal Mail.
- Certificates of credit will not be produced for students with a debt or any other outstanding obligation to the University. (Please see the Certificate and Transcript Policy for further details).
