Arts, Creative Industries and Education Resource Centre

ACE (Arts, Creative Industries and Education) Resource Centre is an area you can come to if you wish to work individually, or in teams, and is designed to be a student-friendly location.

ACE Resource Centre, formerly the Education Resource Centre, has specialist resources for education and dedicated technical staff. Open to all ACE faculty students, the resource centre is located in room 2S710, S block, Frenchay Campus.

How can we help with your studies?

You're welcome to use our computing, printing, photocopying, scanning and self-binding facilities. The materials required to spiral bind your own essay or thesis can be purchased from 2S709 for £1. We are also able to laminate items or spiral bind essays for you during staffed office hours.

We hold a wide range of learning resources for Education, such as:

  • government documents
  • subject specialist books
  • teaching materials.

We supply resources for teaching assignments (paper, card, scissors, glue, and other stationery items) and provide access to the Children’s Scrapstore.

If you cannot see what you need in the centre please ask a subject technician as items may be stored elsewhere.
