  • 'Who Cares?' - An interactive play about the difficult issues surrounding adoption and the real consequences


    The play is written and directed by His Honour Judge Stephen Wildblood QC, a family lawyer of 38 years standing and Designated Family Judge. It is presented in collaboration with Gloucestershire Children's Services' Social Work Academy and The Nelson Trust. There are 100 free tickets for UWE students.

  • Free screening: Baby Chimp Rescue - Episode One with Q&A


    Baby Chimp Rescue, airing on BBC 2 this month, follows the story of life in a home for orphaned baby chimpanzees run by vet Jimmy Desmond and his wife Jenny. Join us for an episode screening followed by Q&A with BAFTA-winning UWE Bristol alum Lindsey Parietti and Lynn Barlow, the University's Assistant Vice-Chancellor Creative and Cultural Industries.
