Marketing Forum 4: Establishing a customer-focussed culture
Most of us work in service organisations, or sell products with a significant service component. Implementation of the marketing strategy involves people at all levels within the organisation, working in an integrated way to deliver customer value. To a certain extent we all need to be marketers and to embrace a customer-focussed culture.
In this forum Tim Hughes and Anita Gulati will discuss the fundamental requirements for satisfying customers and consider how to make meaningful changes in organisational culture, where this is required.
As usual in Marketing Forum meetings there will be plenty of opportunities to discuss your challenges with colleagues from other organisations and with staff from the Business School’s Applied Marketing Group.
