Case study - Pitchmark

A team of five Business undergraduates spent eight weeks from February - March 2015 working alongside local company Pitchmark Ltd investigating expansion and brand awareness in the UK. 

About Pitchmark

Pitchmark are an international company supplying customers with line marking paint, line marking machines and sports pitch equipment. 

Initially established in 2010 the Bristol based company export to over 20 countries and more recently started selling in the UK. 

Their overseas reputation is expanding rapidly with high profile customers including the Nou Camp in Barcelona. The company also supplied all the paint and machines for the World Cup in Brazil. 

Pitchmark challenge

Already successful internationally, the company were looking to expand their reputation and brand awareness in the UK. 

The brief was to focus on the expansion and complete an organisational analysis of how changes would affect systems and processes, highlighting the challenges faced by these strategic changes and approaches to meeting these.
