MOVE is a fun and welcoming programme of activity where you can meet people, get active and feel good. View dates and book on our classes, leagues and beginner courses.

Drop-in MOVE activities

View all the Move activities taking place each day. These sessions are drop-in, but places are limited. To reserve your place and give us a rough ideas of numbers we would be grateful if you could sign up beforehand on the app or online.

Please note that most weekly sessions run between Monday 20 January and Sunday 5 April 2020, please check the relevant sport page for exact dates.

You'll need to sign up in advance for football leagues and our six-week MOVE beginner courses. Places are limited, so we recommend signing up early.

To find out more, please click on the activity that you're interested in. Booking for these courses won't open until the start of the semester.  Courses run for 6 weeks, leagues run until the end of the semester.
