Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. It does much more than building a strong core or 'perfect posture'.

Exercises involve the whole body and are performed on a simple mat. Don't worry if you haven't done it before – just come along and enjoy this class taught by our great instructors.

These sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates, mats are provided.

These sessions are drop-in, but places are limited. Once you've bought your MOVE membership, register for a session via the app or online.

MOVE costs just £40 for the whole year (£25 for semester 2 membership, available in January) and gives you options to take part in a wide range of sports and activities. If you aren't a MOVE member you can still take part in activities by paying a set fee per drop-in session.
