Tone your muscles and strengthen your core with Fitball. You can take part in Fitball through MOVE.

Full body strength and conditioning training, ideal for all experience levels. When using the ball, its unstable surface activates deeper muscles, therefore core and back becomes stronger over time and posture is improved. Tones the muscles while protecting the joints and spine. A safe alternative for those who seek core strength, coordination and balance.
