MOVE basketball sessions

You can take part in basketball sessions through the MOVE programme. These sessions allow you to play in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and are open to all levels of ability.

Join the club

Run by The Students’ Union at UWE, you can join Team UWE Bristol Basketball – the UWE Jets – who compete in British Universities and Colleges (BUCS) league. The men’s and women’s teams compete at different levels and beginners are welcome.

Performance sport

The men's basketball first team is one of our performance sports, and train and compete at a performance level. If you are an elite (national or international) basketball player you are able to apply for the Performance Student-Athlete Award.
