Aerial hoop

Aerial hoop is a visually captivating activity performed on a circular steel hoop suspended from the ceiling or ribbon silks. Vibrant and dynamic, it combines the grace of contortion-like moves executed within a freely rotating ring.

Our six-week aerial acrobatics and hoop course will help beginners and intermediates learn the skills involved in this exciting activity. You'll be taught by experienced and qualified instructors.
