Aerial hoop is a visually captivating activity performed on a circular steel hoop suspended from the ceiling or ribbon silks. Vibrant and dynamic, it combines the grace of contortion-like moves executed within a freely rotating ring.
Our six-week aerial acrobatics and hoop course will help beginners and intermediates learn the skills involved in this exciting activity. You'll be taught by experienced and qualified instructors.

The course will run on two separate evenings. Once you've registered for a course you'll need to stick to that time slot. Class sizes are very limited, so sign up early.
