Human Resources produce annual staffing statistics reports for the University. This provides a range of employment-related data for use in business planning, and is used to identify trends and monitor progress against targets.
The report also provides a range of equality-related information which is gathered from the Equality and Diversity Staff Census. This enables us to check whether our policies, services and culture are meeting the needs of all our staff members and that the aims of the Human Resources and Organisational Development (HROD) Strategy are being met.
