Our hospitality teams are ready to deliver catering for meetings and events across the university with a new condensed, COVID-19 secure menu from Deli Direct. Please familiarise yourself with our new menu and COVID-19 secure measures before placing an order. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to working with you again.
All catering bookings are to be made via the UWE Bristol catering website. Please make your selection from our delivered catering menu and use the online catering request form to submit your details.
For assistance with completing catering requests, see our Catering request form instructions. The form is only available to UWE staff and will require you to log in to MyLogin using your normal UWE Bristol user name and password.

Food provided by UWE Bristol Hospitality Services, under the Food Safety Act, must be consumed within two hours of delivery.
Our aim is to deliver catering containing drinks only, 15 minutes before the event start time. Deliveries containing food will usually be delivered 30 minutes before the event start time.
There may be occasions during busy periods where the delivery may be made slightly outside of these times. If you require delivery at a specific time to avoid interruption of an important meeting (for example interviews) please identify this at the time of booking to avoid any unnecessary interruptions.
If you require catering to be cleared at a specific time, for instance, if a room is in use after your booking, please state when ordering. We will endeavour to meet the stated time where possible.

We provide a wide range of special buffet options to cater for many food sensitivities, please state any dietary requirements when making your booking. Although every care is taken when preparing our food, we are unable to guarantee an environment completely free from allergens as our food is prepared in a kitchen containing other sources of allergens.
We cannot guarantee meals and snacks are completely nut free, as our ingredients may be produced at a facility that handles nuts. We are therefore unable to offer a nut-free buffet.
All bookings must be made with an internal charge code, or invoice address if booking for an external body. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. External invoices will be subject to VAT.
