Our newest Personal Trainer, Mary Styliara hails all the way from Greece and is passionate about all thing health and fitness. With over half a decade of experience, Mary can help you with everything from high intensity to stretching and flexibility.

Mary has always been disciplined and committed to her health and fitness and wants to help you achieve the same. Her favourite exercises are HIIT and Pilates, for both clients and herself. HIIT because it can lead to extreme and fast results and Pilates because it is highly beneficial in terms of postural correction, especially to people with musculoskeletal problems.

Mary believes the key to achieving a stronger physique is through consistency, proper technique and professional guidance and has the knowledge and skills to offer a variety of tailored workouts to her clients to meet your specific training needs.

Sharief Adrissi headshotSharief

Our long-term Personal Trainer, Sharief Adrissi has been providing first class fitness sessions and advice to students, staff and the community at UWE Bristol Sport for over 10 years. His happy, chappy and energising personality is sure to get you motivated so if you’re looking for a bit of a boost this January, make sure you give him a shout.

Sharief has a real passion for helping and since retiring from semi-professional football, he understands the demands and needs of living a healthy life. He enjoys workouts that consists of heavy compound exercises at the start and then leads into higher intensity exercises at the end.

As your PT, Sharief can offer you fun and hard work in all of your sessions. He as vast experience working with a range of clients with different abilities and goals. He wants to help you make consistent improvements in your health and fitness by guiding you through an increase in the frequency, intensity, load and duration of your workouts.

Sharief's motto is 'nothing great ever happened in the comfort zone', so expect to sweat and see results.
