Sport Volunteering Programme

The Sport Volunteering Programme offers a host of sports related volunteering opportunities for our students and staff to get involved in.

About Sport Volunteering

You can access funding to complete coaching and officiating courses through the Sport Volunteering Programme. In return, a pre-agreed number of voluntary hours must be completed.

You can volunteer at local schools, sports clubs, colleges, The Students' Union at UWE sports clubs and the Centre for Sport.

Our volunteering opportunities are flexible, so we can find something that fits in with your busy lifestyle. Opportunities available include coaching, event organisation, web design, IT support, media, marketing and promotion.

Why get involved?

You will gain skills that will enhance your CV and help distinguish you in the job market. Employability skills include:
