UWE has an outstanding selection of bright, stylish and welcoming cafes, lounges and bars. Great food at great prices as well as licensed bars, big screens and regular entertainment.
The following is only a taste of what is available across the UWE campuses:
One Zone
Offering a great range of healthy hot and cold options. Regular theme days providing foods from around the world, combined with an extensive salad and sandwich bar provide a variety of healthy options for every budget.
Open term-time only between 08:30 - 16:00
Core 24
Offering a range of grab-and-go food including sandwiches, Illy coffee and food made to order. Student focussed, Core 24 provides pool tables, large screen TV and a lively atmosphere. Wednesdays sees late night theme nights including major sporting events.
Open all year between 08:00 - 19:00 except on theme nights.
Street Cafe
Providing a relaxed high street coffee shop ambience with freshly brewed Barrista coffee, paninis, freshly made sandwiches and homemade dish of the day.
Open term-time only between 08:00 – 16:00.
Glenside, St Matts and Bower Ashton Traders
All catering outlets on our other campuses offer a range of freshly prepared food throughout the day.
Reduced service in university holidays.
