How the activity will run

A range of activities to increase understanding of the business and law provision at UWE Bristol, such as:

  • Network with academics from law, accounting, finance, economics, business, and management and marketing.
  • Try out law, business and management, marketing, entrepreneurship, accounting and economics resources designed to enhance the A level curriculum.
  • Tour the new Bristol Business School to view facilities you will be able to book to enhance student learning of business and law.
  • Pre-book law, business, marketing, accounting, economics and finance outreach activities and events for your students.
  • Find out about the UWE Bristol support available to encourage applicants from under-represented groups into higher education.

All sessions will run on a carousel basis to accommodate visitors who prefer a more flexible programme.

Teacher training session

The Pre-HE careers team aims to work with post-16 students in schools and colleges in Bath and North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and Bristol to provide impartial, professional careers information, advice and guidance services. They also offer training for teachers and advisers with an update on HE choices and provision, as well as graduate destinations.

Heading Higher Passport Plus (HHP Plus) is a scheme that helps prepare learners for higher education and may increase the opportunity for learners to gain entry to UWE Bristol.
