Where to collect your prescription
Once you have your prescription, you will need to take it to a pharmacy to get your medication. Nearby pharmacies include:
- Old School Pharmacy (The First Bus 48A service from Frenchay Campus will take you to the pharmacy)
- Sainsbury's East Filton pharmacy (a ten-minute walk from Frenchay Campus).
If you require a repeat prescription, you will need to be assessed by one of our practitioners before your first repeat prescription can be made. You will need to book an appointment with us in order to do this.
Thereafter, repeat prescriptions can be obtained by filling in a Repeat prescription request form and either leaving it with our reception staff or emailing it to the pharmacy. Remember, if you email your request your medication will be ready to collect from the Old School pharmacy after 72 hours.
Please allow at least 72 hours before returning to collect your prescription.
