UWE Volunteering training sessions
We offer a range of one off training sessions in the autumn and spring terms. They cover broad topics such as listening skills or dealing with challenging behaviour. These sessions aim to broaden your knowledge and skills, and will be useful in any volunteering you do.
Training sessions within local voluntary sector organisations
Some volunteering roles require you to undertake compulsory training or induction, and these may only run at certain times of year. If a local organisation is recruiting and training, you may find they are advertising their training dates.
You can search for the latest training sessions in infoHub. Simply log in and search through current events to find training opportunities. Workshops are very popular and online booking is essential.
