The process involved an online application,
online numerical, motivation tests, face to face competency
interview and a 24 hour challenge.

I have a vast amount of work experience
which complemented my studies. I have volunteered in any spare time
I had. I am committed to the job and believe I can make a
difference.
What typical tasks and activities did/does your role involve?
I am still in orientation at the moment but
have been given guidelines of what to expect, what is expected of
me and what I need to achieve.
What did/do you enjoy most about your role?
The responsibility and support given to each
of us. The ability to make a difference. The study aspect which
contributes to the work experience.
What advice would you give to UWE students who would like to get similar work to yours?
Apply to the NHS grad scheme, very
challenging and exciting. Apply soon.
Where do you hope your career will go from here?
Not sure but I hope to continue learning and
challenging myself.
