Online enquiry service
Submit your query to our Careers team and a Careers Information Assistant or Careers Consultant will email you back. We aim to respond within 3 working days.
Before you send in your enquiry, please check the relevant resources below. Our website includes extensive information and advice which will help you to answer many careers enquiries, including:
- Developing career ideas.
- Researching graduate occupations.
- Identifying sources of job vacancies.
- Preparing for interviews.
- Practising psychometric tests.
- Finding out about overseas opportunities.
- Exploring further study and funding options.
As with our Careers Consultancy appointments, on your fourth question we will review whether you need help from another part of our service and may suggest that you book a face to face or phone appointment.
Sending in your CV or an application form for checking?
Save time by checking it yourself first using our CV resources which include step by step guide to CVs and sample CVs and our guide to completing application forms.
Please note if you wish to get more than one type of document checked (eg. CV/covering letter and application form) please send them in as separate questions.

In order to ask a question via the online enquiry service, you will need to log in to UWE InfoHub. If this is the first time you have used UWE InfoHub, please follow the login instructions below.

Current UWE students
Log in using your UWE username and password.
UWE graduates
If you have used UWE Career Hub before please use the graduate login form to access CareerHub and send in your enquiry.
If you have not logged in before, you will need to activate your UWE Career Hub account first. To do this, use the graduate login form and enter your UWE student number as your user id, and a password of your choice.
If you can’t remember your student number, please email us at infohub@uwe.ac.uk stating your name, student number (if known) and previous course of study and we will email you with your login details.
