UWE Bristol is working with Unite, a leading provider of student accommodation, to provide first-class student residences in the centre of Bristol.
Situated next door to Phoenix Court, Marketgate is an ideal choice for students studying at either City Centre Campus or Frenchay Campus. Marketgate accommodation is just a few minutes’ walk from Bristol City Centre and Cabot Circus – a great opportunity for part-time work, local shops, bars and cafes.
Applications are made through the University, who will handle the application process and allocate the flats in the same way as all other UWE Bristol accommodation. Unite will issue a tenancy agreement, arrange the rental collection and carry out the day-to-day management of the building.
