Find new books
To find information on new books and books in print you can use DawsonEnter, a database supplied by Dawson Books Ltd, our main supplier.
For access to DawsonEnter or for further details, please contact Helen Hopwood (HASC) or your Subject Librarian for all other faculties.
DawsonEnter can also e-mail you about new titles in your subject area. Your Subject Librarian can help you set this up once you have opened a DawsonEnter account.
Suggest new books for the library
You can suggest a book for purchase in a number of ways:
- Suggest a book online
- Fill out an order card (available from the library)
- Send a marked catalogue or list of items to your subject librarian
Please indicate whether you would like a copy to be put in the Short Loan Collection.
What about journals?
Each faculty has its own procedure for determining which journals are subscribed to. Your Subject Librarian can provide further information.
