Request TV and radio recordings
Record TV and radio online
All UWE staff and students can record freeview TV and radio programmes using the web-based Box of Broadcasts (BoB) service.
You can request recordings 7 days in advance and from the last 7 days.
The BoB service will archive these recordings indefinitely.
All BoB recordings can be viewed by all UWE staff and students. The programme URLs can be copied into Blackboard or any other web page.
Request a recording be put onto DVD
If you want the library to record an upcoming TV or radio programme on DVD, please submit a request for an off-air recording.
Booking DVDs and videos for teaching
If you need a DVD or video held by the library for teaching, please tell us:
- What is needed
- When it is needed
- If the item is a 3-day loan, or less
- A week in advance
Please submit your request:
- To Library Staff at the Library Reception desk.
- By e-mail to customer.services@uwe.ac.uk
The item will be available for collection a couple of days before your session. Customer Services will put the video on the holds shelf, in the Short Loan collection area (Frenchay Library Level 2).
