Request an item be photocopied
Can't I photocopy it myself?
Yes, you can visit the campus library that holds the journal or book chapter and photocopy the item yourself.
I still want you to photocopy it for me. How much does it cost?
10p per sheet of A4 (including postage, packing and VAT).
Who can make a request?
All UWE Bristol students and staff.
What can I request?
The material must be held by UWE Bristol library.
You can request:
- Copies of journal articles.
- Copies of book chapters.
- 6 copies at a time.
Most published material is subject to copyright restrictions. The library will advise where these restrictions are breached.
Make a request
- Fill out a journal article request form or book chapter request form
- Print the completed form, sign the copyright declaration and send it to a UWE Bristol campus library
Please indicate if you would like to collect the copy from your campus library or have it mailed to a specified address.
How do I pay?
The bill will be added to your library account. You can view your balance by logging in to your library account and pay from there if the amount is over £3.00. Otherwise, please pay staff the next time you visit a UWE Bristol library.
How long will it take?
Please allow two working days for your request to be processed from the time it is received in the Library.
