The IT Services Helpdesk is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Mondays to Thursdays and 4:30pm on Fridays. We are not available on weekends/bank holidays or University closure days.
Our 'Out of Hours' phone service is open from 5:00pm to 8:00am weekdays and all day weekends, bank holidays and closure days. The 'Out of Hours' service are unable to respond to emails sent to ITS Helpdesk and these will be addressed from 8:30am on the next normal working day and actioned as soon as possible.

When contacting the ITS Helpdesk please have the following information ready to assist us with dealing with your query:
- Your UWE Username or Student Number
- Your UWE computer name and if it is a printer problem the serial number of the printer
- Details of the problem including any error messages and when it last worked
