What is a placement?
Full-time undergraduate students are encouraged to spend a year working for a relevant employer. Short summer placements are also possible. Placements work is usually paid and can be anywhere, even outside the UK.
What are the benefits of hiring a placement student?
The Long Interview: Many employers view placements as an ideal way to assess a student as a future member of staff recruiting them back after they graduate.

How much will it cost?
The average salary is usually around £15,000 per annum. There are no other fees for employers.
