Research study
Across the Faculty and within its five Departments, we currently have around 150 research students registered for full-time or part-time study leading towards the award of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Master of Philosophy (MPhil).
We can offer you:

Our interdisciplinary nature alongside the expertise of our academic and research staff allows us to undertake a large variety of projects, often in collaboration with industrial partners. Research is carried out in our research centres and institutes, each concentrating on their specialised field, as well as by individuals and informal groupings.
