A uniquely flexible film set

UWE Bristol’s campuses have been used in films and TV programmes including Skins, CBeebies, Mistresses and Casualty. Architecture is a mix of modern and Grade II listed buildings, offering the opportunity to close sets. There is also a range of flexible internal locations, and our students are on hand if you’re looking for extras.

Summer schools

Here at UWE Bristol we have been hosting domestic and international summer schools for many years and consider our facilities to be among the best in the country. Our onsite accommodation at our Frenchay Campus is easy to access, and is located just a short drive away from many of the South West's major attractions.

We have a range of accommodation options and sizes available, both ensuite and shared facilities with communal kitchens and lounge areas.

Working with our colleagues in the Students Union at UWE, we can provide further entertainment such as discos and karaoke, pool tables and large screen sporting events.
