UWE Ventures office space and incubators
UWE Ventures provides a supportive business incubation space located at Bush House on Bristol’s harbourside. Fully equipped with access to meeting space, the 65 space UKBI INSPIRE accredited business incubation facility is designed to help individuals and young businesses develop ideas and grow businesses.
Incubator facilities
Our facilities include:
- Fully-furnished, air conditioned offices and meeting rooms
- Use of printing/photocopying/faxing/AV equipment
- Broadband/wireless connection and VoIP phones
- Lockable storage
- Fully equipped kitchen/lounge area
- Showers
Support services
Support services available for incubator businesses include:
- Hands on advice and guidance
- Experienced professional mentoring
- Access to partner services such as Business Links
- Workshops and seminars
Residential or virtual incubation
A range of incubation packages are available with tariffs to suit your budget.
Residential incubation
This includes a full-time dedicated space within UWE Ventures Bristol (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and access to our core support services.
It is likely to appeal to you if you have made a decision to commit significant time to developing your business idea or existing early-stage enterprise.
Virtual incubation
This is available to support individuals who are in the early stages of developing their enterprise. The option includes access to our core services including: business support; events and workshops, as well as access to a dynamic business community and meeting spaces.
This option is likely to appeal to you if you have not yet developed your business idea, are at an early stage of setting-up or trading, or unable to make a full-time commitment to your business.
