Human Resources, Work and Employment Research Group
We are a group with a reconstructive ‘both-and’ approach to HR and employment studies research. We undertake research oriented to fairness for employees and the perspectives of management. As such, we give voice to a range of stakeholders in the employment relationship through our research. We aim to support members to produce publishable outputs that inform our teaching and which engage our external partners.
