Developing a world class workforce
We ensure our graduates are ready for work from day one by offering them a range of real world opportunities during their studies.

UWE's partnership with Lidl allows us to work together to provide students with work placement opportunities. Students are able to gain valuable work experience by enhancing their skill set.
For Lidl this is an opportunity to highlight the career opportunities within retail and have access to a ready made pool of motivated recruits bringing a new perspective to their organisation.
Dremel
UWE and Dremel (Bosch) have linked up to give Creative Product Design and Product Design Technology students opportunities to work on real live projects.
This enables students to develop their design, teamwork and management skills by working on briefs relating to real world challenges faced by Dremel staff. Dremel have the opportunity to work with our innovative students and see the quality of their work.
