Hewlett Packard (HP)

HP and UWE collaborate on a number of joint initiatives in the areas of curriculum development and knowledge exchange. This is one of the most innovative partnerships between industry and academia in the UK.

We have worked together to develop an industry relevant programme in the form of the BSc(Hons) Enterprise Computing degree.

Succeed Foundation

UWE's Centre for Appearance Research are working with the Succeed Foundation charity whose goal is to rid the world of eating disorders.

We are currently pilot testing an adaptation of 'The Succeed Body Image Programme' in secondary schools in the UK to help raise awareness of eating disorders to school pupils.

Two Rivers Housing

Housing association, Two Rivers Housing, is working with UWE on a sustainability initiative called 'Action Through Innovation' via a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP).

The KTP has enabled one of our graduates to start their career by working with the association to help improve sustainability of their housing stock.

BBC

UWE and the BBC's world leading Natural History Unit (NHU) in Bristol have teamed up to deliver a pioneering postgraduate Masters degree in Wildlife Filmmaking.

A joint team of academics and professionals have worked together to design the programme and identify the skill requirements for the multi-platform broadcasters and programme makers of the future.
