The Centre for Performing Arts is situated in recently refurbished facilities on Frenchay Campus.
Investing in performing arts
The University has invested much time and effort to create a home for performing arts at UWE which enables the CPA to stage activities and events for students, staff, alumni and members of the local community.
Facilities include:
- Four large rehearsal rooms where most CPA activities take place (with the exception of rehearsals for Symphony Orchestra, the annual musical and University Singers).
- Four bookable practice rooms (three with pianos, one for percussion).
- Administrative offices where you can buy tickets for events, join the CPA and get the answers to any questions you might have.
- A number of instruments located in lecture theatres in the University
