Ways to pay
All payments must be made to the University in pounds sterling (£). The University’s preferred payment facility is online payments, by credit, or debit card.
The University will accept payment in sterling only from the following cards:

Commercial payments
Online payment facility
Commercial payments can be made via the UWE Bristol's secure online payment facility. In order to make a payment, you will require your customer ID, invoice number, and credit/debit card.

Please note: Once your bank transfer has been completed, please send an email to cash.office@uwe.ac.uk detailing the payer details, amount and what the payment is for to ensure correct allocation.
Other ways to pay
Bank transfer
Student fees should not be settled by direct bank transfer. Please use our secure online payment facilities as detailed below:

Cheque/bank draft
You can send a cheque, bank draft or postal order (made payable to The University of the West of England) to the Income Office.
Please ensure you write your name and what the payment is for on the back of the cheque, draft or postal order. For commercial customers, please quote your customer ID and invoice number.
Paying in person
If for any reason you are unable to pay online, you can make a payment in person by credit/debit card or cheque at the Income Office.
Paying with cash
For your safety and security, we advise that you do not pay with cash. Please do not send cash in the post or give money to someone else to pay in on your behalf. You are advised to use other methods of payment and only pay with cash as a last resort. You can pay with cash at the Income Office.
Compliance with data security
UWE is fully committed to complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), and as such, individuals can be assured that their cardholder data is processed and handled in a secure manner.
