Supporting your training needs

The Centre for Sport offers personal training for staff, students and the wider community. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Our qualified personal trainers are on hand to offer support in meeting the fitness goals that you choose. Whether it is body fat loss, sport specific training or cardiovascular fitness you wish to focus on, our personal trainers are fully qualified in their field to Reps Level 3.

Scarlett has been in the fitness industry for eight years and has enjoyed working with a variety of clients including UWE Performance athletes and teams. She has an adaptable approach to train people with many different goals and likes her clients to be driven to achieve their goals.
