The Centre for Sport offers personal training for staff, students and the wider community. All levels of fitness are welcome.
Our qualified personal trainers are on hand to offer support in meeting the fitness goals that you choose. Whether it is body fat loss, sport specific training or cardiovascular fitness you wish to focus on, our personal trainers are fully qualified in their field to Reps Level 3.
How to set up your personal training sessions
Browse our personal trainer profiles below. Once you have decided who you would like to train with, please contact them direct using their individual contact details on their profile. The personal trainer will then make arrangements with you to begin your training sessions.
