Applied Sciences (formerly Biological, Biomedical and Analytical Sciences) is proud to have received a Bronze Athena SWAN award in 2013. See the BBAS submission document and action plan 2013-16.

Nursing and Midwifery (NAM) and Allied Health Professions (AHP)

NAM and AHP are proud to have received a joint Bronze Athena SWAN award in 2014. See the AHP and NAM submission document and action plan 2014-16.

Engineering Design and Mathematics (EDM)

EDM is pleased to have been awarded an Athena SWAN Bronze award, following an application made in November 2014. See the EDM submission document and action plan 2014-2016.

Health and Social Sciences (HSS)

HSS are planning to submit an application to the Athena SWAN Charter in April 2017. If successful, this will be the first UWE Bristol department to be accredited under the expanded Charter including non-STEMM departments.
